SHIPPING RATES
- Shipping within the continental United States is a fixed $8.95.
- Orders over $100 being shipped to the same address in the continental United States have FREE shipping. Free shipping does not apply to special promotions or private label.
- Flavor of the Month orders DO qualify for free shipping, ONLY if over $100 is being purchased and shipped to the same address in the continental United States.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico orders have a fixed shipping rate of $15.95 upon checkout, however, additional charges may apply. You may be contacted regarding additional charges prior to items being shipped.
- We do not ship International.
- Restrictions may apply.
- Shipping rates do not apply to wholesale or fundraising orders.
- Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days, however during the busy holiday season, please allow extra time.
Most orders will be shipped within 4 business days. Please add 3-5 days for typical UPS delivery, depending upon which zone the package will be shipped.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
At Candlelight Cottage Inc. it is extremely important to us that you love our candles as much as we do! We guarantee the quality of all our candles. We will replace, without hesitation, any candle that does not perform as promised. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return them for a refund or exchange within 10 days (less shipping) Please include a note explaining why you are returning the product. If you would like to replace a candle because you do not like the fragrance the candle can be returned if it has not been burned (less shipping and a 25% restocking fee).
